About the role

Sliema Performance Media Ltd is a Malta-based performance marketing agency working primarily with iGaming and fintech clients across Europe. We operate from a modern office by the Sliema seafront and run international campaigns targeting regulated markets, with a dedicated team focused on German-speaking countries.

The Affiliate Manager – DACH Markets will lead partner recruitment and commercial negotiations, manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, and optimise affiliate-driven revenue. You will work closely with marketing, product and compliance teams to ensure campaigns deliver on KPI targets while meeting regulatory requirements in DACH jurisdictions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with proven affiliate experience in German-speaking markets, strong commercial instincts and a data-driven approach to optimisation. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and retention strategies for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
  • Source, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and comparison sites relevant to client verticals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (CPA, revshare, hybrid offers) and manage partner agreements.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tracking platforms (e.g. Income Access, HasOffers or similar) and optimise on ROI/KPI metrics.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM and product teams to align promotions, creatives and landing pages.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure marketing activity complies with local DACH regulations and internal compliance policies.
  • Investigate and mitigate fraud, bonus abuse and suspicious activity in partnership channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ affiliate management or performance marketing experience, ideally including DACH markets.
  • Fluent German (C1 or equivalent) and fluent English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record negotiating commercial deals and managing affiliate/programmatic relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, reporting tools and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret conversion metrics and optimise campaigns.
  • Knowledge of iGaming or regulated online verticals is highly desirable (understanding of GEO/age restrictions, KYC basics).
  • Based in Malta or willing to relocate; eligible to work in Malta (or able to obtain work authorisation).
  • Flexible approach to occasional travel for conferences and partner meetings in the DACH region.

Work schedule

Typical week: Monday to Friday, core office collaboration days with occasional after-hours work for European partner calls or industry events.

  • Occasional early/late calls to match DACH partner schedules
