About the role
Valletta Affiliate Solutions Ltd is a Malta-based performance marketing agency specialising in iGaming and online entertainment. We work with international operators and media partners, combining data-driven performance campaigns with creative partner relationships. The team is compact, multilingual and fast-moving, based in St Julian’s with hybrid working options.
As an Affiliate Marketing Executive you will be responsible for day-to-day affiliate account management, tracking and reporting, and hands-on optimisation of campaigns. You will work closely with commercial, CRM and creative teams to ensure promotional materials convert and that affiliate partners are motivated and compliant. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of analytics and relationship management and who wants exposure to international performance marketing within Malta’s close-knit digital sector.
The company offers structured on-the-job training, chances to work with established iGaming brands and clear progression into senior affiliate or partnerships roles. You will regularly liaise with partners across Europe and have the opportunity to expand skillsets in tracking platforms, negotiation and conversion rate optimisation.

Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating offers and creative assets
- Set up and monitor campaigns in tracking platforms (e.g. Income Access, HasOffers or similar)
- Analyse campaign performance and produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations
- Implement optimisation to improve conversion rates, ROI and player quality
- Work with internal marketing, CRM and design teams to produce compliant promotional materials
- Reconcile partner invoices and track commission structures, flagging discrepancies
- Ensure partners comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements and local advertising rules
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and niche traffic sources to diversify acquisition
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, digital performance or partnerships (iGaming experience advantageous)
- Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, RevShare) and tracking mechanics
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics) and confident with Excel/spreadsheets
- Experience using affiliate/tracking platforms (Income Access, HasOffers, Partnerize or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal English; Maltese or another European language is a plus
- Right to work in Malta (EU citizens or valid work permit) — ability to attend occasional in-office days in St Julian’s
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously

Work schedule
Typical week: Monday to Friday standard office hours with hybrid flexibility; occasional early starts for EU partner calls.

- Core hours: 10:00–16:00
- Option to work 2 days remotely per week
