Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau)
About the role
Fnkt Hospitality Group operates a portfolio of fast-casual and full-service restaurants, a central kitchen and a growing e-commerce prepared-meals channel across Singapore. We seek a pragmatic BI Analyst who can build operational dashboards, standardise KPIs and support commercial decisions across marketing, operations and finance.
You will own the end-to-end Tableau reporting workflow: from SQL-based data pulls and data modelling to dashboard design, performance optimisation and user training. Expect a hands-on role working with POS, ERP and payroll data, translating business questions into measurable metrics and automated reports.
This role suits an analytically minded candidate who enjoys partnering with chefs, operations managers and commercial teams to shape pricing, labour planning and menu decisions. The position offers hybrid working, exposure to multi-outlet retail and the opportunity to scale analytics as the group expands regionally.
