The Casino Product Manager will lead product strategy for the casino vertical, working closely with game suppliers, UX, CRM and trading to drive engagement and monetisation. You will manage the product roadmap, define experiments and collaborate with analytics to measure impact. The role is highly cross-functional and suitable for someone who knows casino mechanics (slots, table games, live) and has hands-on experience running live games and promotions in regulated markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the casino product roadmap across slots, table games and live casino, aligned with commercial KPIs.
  • Design, prioritise and run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion, retention and ARPU.
  • Coordinate with game providers (e.g. Pragmatic, NetEnt, Evolution) for content delivery, integrations and launches.
  • Work with CRM and marketing to plan product-led promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Analyse player behaviour using product and analytics tools; translate insights into product improvements.
  • Ensure product features and launches comply with MGA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage backlog, write clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering or platform teams on delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and present results to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in product management within iGaming (casino focus preferred).
  • Proven track record owning product roadmaps, experiments and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with SQL, analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Knowledge of casino verticals (slots, RNG table games, live casino) and supplier landscape.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to Malta (MGA) and experience working with compliance teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Maltese is a plus but not required.
  • Eligible to work in Malta (EU national or valid work permit).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid, cross-functional environment with commercial targets.
