About the role

Arcadia Gaming Pte. Ltd. is a fast-growing iGaming technology and product company headquartered in Singapore, operating regional marketing and commercial functions across APAC. We build casino, sportsbook and casual gaming products for regulated markets and partners, and are looking for a commercial leader to scale brand, acquisition and retention.

The CMO will own end-to-end marketing strategy — from brand positioning and creative to performance acquisition, CRM and loyalty. You will lead a cross-functional marketing organisation, set KPI-driven growth plans, manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets and work closely with product, data and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, sustainable growth across markets.

This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader with deep digital performance experience, strong agency and stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic approach to scaling acquisition and lifecycle programmes in heavily regulated or high-compliance markets. You will be joining a well-funded regional team with clear expansion plans and strong product-market traction.

We combine technology, local market knowledge and partnership distribution to deliver casino, sportsbook and social casino experiences. The company operates with centralized product teams in Singapore and regional commercial teams across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

  • Set and own the APAC marketing strategy for brand, user acquisition, CRM and retention across iGaming verticals.
  • Lead, hire and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (performance, CRM, brand, creative, partnerships).
  • Manage and optimise multi-channel acquisition funnels: paid social, programmatic, search, affiliates and influencer partnerships.
  • Define and manage annual marketing budgets; allocate spend by market and channel to meet ROI targets.
  • Develop product-led go-to-market plans with product and commercial teams for new feature and market launches.
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with local regulations and company policies; partner with legal/compliance on campaigns.
  • Own brand positioning, creative direction and agency relationships to maintain a consistent regional identity.
  • Establish data-driven reporting and dashboards; present performance and forecasts to the executive team and investors.
  • Negotiate and manage key commercial partnerships, platform deals and affiliate relationships.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing and CRM programmes to improve retention, LTV and reactivation metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital marketing with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Marketing, VP, CMO).
  • Proven track record in iGaming, betting/casino or adjacent online entertainment/gaming sectors (required).
  • Deep experience in performance marketing channels (paid social, SEM, programmatic, affiliates) and measurement frameworks (LTV, CAC, ROAS).
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience reporting to CEO/board; comfortable working with investors and cross-functional execs.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and distributed teams across APAC.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory constraints in APAC markets and practical experience working with compliance/legal teams on campaign approvals.
  • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data tools (BI platforms, analytics, attribution modelling).
  • Willingness to travel regionally (APAC) for launches, conferences and partner meetings; flexible for occasional extended hours.

Work schedule

Typical week: Monday to Friday core hours with hybrid flexibility; occasional evenings or weekends for launches and events.

  • Core office hours: 9:30am–6:30pm (flexible start/end).
  • 2–3 remote days per week depending on team needs.
  • Occasional travel and event days outside standard hours.
