About the role

Harbour Compliance Solutions Ltd is a Malta-based regulatory advisory and compliance firm serving licensed operators across iGaming and fintech. We combine hands-on regulatory delivery with advisory projects for both start-ups and established operators, and pride ourselves on a collaborative, technically strong team operating close to the Malta regulatory ecosystem.

The Compliance Officer will work within a small compliance team reporting to the Head of Compliance and will be responsible for ongoing licence compliance, AML/KYC oversight, drafting and maintaining policies, and liaising with regulators including the MGA and, where relevant, the UKGC. The role involves monitoring, investigations, periodic reviews, and preparing regulatory submissions and returns.

This is a hands-on role for a pragmatic, detail-oriented professional who enjoys balancing routine monitoring and control work with project-based regulatory tasks. The position offers exposure to multiple operators and regulatory environments, a clear training budget, and opportunities for professional development and certification.
