About the role

Sliema Digital Agency Ltd is an established digital agency serving local and international clients across technology, iGaming, fintech and hospitality sectors. The company operates from offices along the Sliema–Gżira seafront and blends agency creativity with data-driven marketing practices.

The Content Marketing Lead will design and deliver content strategies that drive organic growth, thought leadership and measurable lead generation for multiple clients. You will manage a small in-house content team and freelance contributors, own editorial calendars, coordinate with SEO and paid channels, and present results to clients and senior stakeholders.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will write and edit high-impact content, set quality standards, implement content governance, and use analytics to optimise performance. The position offers autonomy, exposure to cross-sector campaigns, a clear path to Head of Content, and the flexibility of hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration days.

Ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced island market, the role provides the chance to scale content programs, mentor talent, and work on international briefs while remaining rooted in Malta's dynamic digital community.
