FNKT Hospitality Group

About the role

FNKT Hospitality Group operates a mix of neighbourhood concepts and destination dining venues across Singapore — from kopitiam-inspired breakfast spots to contemporary izakaya and a rooftop bar in the CBD. We are building a central creative hub to unify brand language, elevate guest experience and accelerate growth across our outlets.

As Creative Director you will define the visual and tonal identity across menus, in-store collateral, digital channels and seasonal campaigns. You will lead a small in-house team of designers and content producers, manage external photographers and agencies, and work closely with Operations, Marketing and Culinary to translate concepts into commercially effective creative.

This role suits a strategic thinker who can also get hands-on: art directing shoots, editing short-form content, and ensuring brand consistency across physical and digital touchpoints. The role offers creative ownership, exposure to multi-concept hospitality, and a chance to shape new openings and loyalty initiatives.

About FNKT Hospitality Group

  • Manage creative projects end-to-end: briefs, timelines, budgets and external agencies/freelancers.
  • Develop seasonal campaign concepts and oversee content calendars for social and digital channels.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and are optimized for performance.
  • Present creative concepts to senior leadership and incorporate feedback from commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years' experience in creative leadership, with at least 2 years in F&B/hospitality or lifestyle brands.
