Seascape Digital Solutions Ltd is a Malta-based digital marketing and customer engagement agency working with clients across iGaming, fintech and retail. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for executing email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, managing campaign schedules, building segments, and producing performance reports. You will work closely with marketing managers, product owners and external vendors to ensure messages are personalised, tested and delivered with high standards for GDPR, deliverability and data hygiene.
This role suits someone who enjoys both the tactical side of campaign build (templates, audience queries, QA) and the analytical side (A/B testing, reporting, optimisation). Key responsibilities
- Plan, build and deploy targeted email and SMS campaigns using the company’s ESP and SMS gateway.
- Create and maintain reusable templates (HTML/CSS) and content blocks; ensure mobile-responsive designs.
- Segment audiences using CRM and CDP tools; implement dynamic content and personalization rules.
- Execute A/B tests and optimisation experiments; analyse results and recommend actions.
- Monitor deliverability and sender reputation; liaise with deliverability vendors and domain admins.
- Maintain campaign schedules, QA messaging, and ensure GDPR-compliant consent handling.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (open, CTR, conversion, revenue) and present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to align CRM activity with acquisition, retention and product goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience in CRM, email and SMS campaign execution.
- Solid experience with at least one Email Service Provider (ESP) and SMS gateway.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and basic responsive design.
- Comfortable with data segmentation tools and basic SQL or query-building for lists.
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret campaign metrics and make recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Maltese language skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of GDPR and best practices for consent and data handling in the EU.
- Right to work in Malta (EU citizens or valid Maltese work permit).

Work schedule
Typical week: Monday to Friday standard office hours with hybrid flexibility; occasional campaign-driven after-hours during major rollouts.

- Occasional early/late shifts during time-sensitive campaigns
