CRM Manager - Lifecycle Marketing
About the role
Sliema Marketing Labs Ltd is a growing digital marketing and growth consultancy working with clients across iGaming, retail and travel sectors. Our team is a mix of data-driven marketers, product people and creative specialists based in Sliema with hybrid working and regular collaboration across neighbouring hubs like Msida and Valletta.
The CRM Manager will own lifecycle marketing across owned channels — primarily email and push — designing retention and reactivation programmes, building automated journeys and driving measurable uplift in engagement and customer lifetime value. You will work closely with Analytics, Product and Creative to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies and own reporting to senior stakeholders.
This role suits a hands-on marketer who can write clear briefs, build segments and automations in a CRM/ESP, run rigorous A/B tests and present results. In return we offer structured training, a clear progression path into Head of CRM roles, and exposure to international clients and cross-functional teams in a compact Maltese office environment.
