Cybersecurity Analyst
About the role
FNKT Digital Kitchens is a fast-growing Singapore-based foodtech and hospitality group operating cloud kitchens, delivery-first brands and several kopitiam-style and casual dining outlets across the island. We build and operate our own backend systems for ordering, POS, inventory and courier integrations, and are seeking a hands-on Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen our security posture as we scale.
The role is technical and operational: you will maintain our monitoring and detection capability (SIEM), run vulnerability scans and remediation tracking, lead incident response for suspected compromises, and work with DevOps and operations teams to harden cloud workloads and POS endpoints. You will be a key contact for compliance matters related to PDPA, PCI-DSS scope reduction efforts and internal security training for non-technical staff at our kitchens and retail outlets.
This is an excellent opportunity if you want exposure to both cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) and on-premise devices used in hospitality (POS terminals, kitchen tablets, IoT printers). We offer hybrid work with regular on-site days to collaborate with Ops and to support key rollouts in the field.
