Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)
About the role
Fnkt Labs is the technology arm of an established Singapore F&B group. We build cloud-native services that run point-of-sale integrations, central kitchen management, last-mile logistics and partner-facing APIs used by restaurants and hawker-style operators. As we scale across the region, reliability, security and cost-effective infrastructure are critical.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, implement and run our AWS infrastructure using Terraform, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines and modern observability tools. You will collaborate closely with product and backend teams to deliver resilient services, optimise cloud spend, and define on-call and incident response practices. Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS, data pipelines and PCI/security considerations for payments is a plus.
This is a hybrid role based in our Tanjong Pagar office with flexible remote days. You'll join a small, cross-functional engineering team with strong ties to the operations side of the business — giving unusual visibility into how infrastructure changes impact real restaurant and kitchen operations. The position offers opportunities to lead infrastructure projects, mentor junior engineers and influence product architecture as we expand into new markets.
