Sliema Digital Group Ltd

About the role

Sliema Digital Group Ltd is a Malta-based digital marketing and consultancy agency working with local and international clients across eCommerce, iGaming and professional services. We combine data-driven strategy with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth for clients.

The Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing activity: setting strategy, running paid acquisition (search, social), optimising organic channels (SEO, content), and coordinating with creative and analytics teams. You will line-manage specialists and external agencies, define budgets, and report on KPIs to senior leadership and clients.

This is a hands-on management role in a fast-paced but collaborative environment that rewards strong results and clear communication. The position offers professional development, exposure to international accounts, and a hybrid work model suited to Malta's compact business hubs such as Sliema and neighbouring St Julian's and Gżira. Candidates should be comfortable working in English; Maltese is a plus.

The role is ideal for an ambitious marketing manager who wants to scale campaigns, mentor a small team and play a central role in a growing local agency with regional clients.
