Director of Product
About the role
Fnkt Labs is a Singapore-based foodtech company building cloud POS, ordering and operations tools for restaurants, hawkers and cloud kitchens across Southeast Asia. We partner with F&B groups, independents and delivery platforms to streamline front- and back-of-house workflows and increase margins for hospitality operators.
The Director of Product will own the product roadmap and vision across our core B2B SaaS suite and integrations (POS, payments, inventory, kitchen display). You will work closely with commercial, engineering, design and onsite operations teams to prioritise features, define metrics and deliver high-impact launches. The role requires deep empathy for restaurant operations — frequent field visits to kopitiams, zi char stalls and full-service outlets are part of the job.
This is a hybrid leadership role based in central Singapore. It's a great opportunity for a product leader who wants to scale a specialist foodservice product, mentor a team of product managers, and shape the future of restaurant operations across the region.
