Sliema Fintech Labs Ltd

About the role

Sliema Fintech Labs Ltd is a Malta-based fintech scale-up providing payment processing and embedded finance solutions to EU and international clients. The company combines a compact local engineering team with remote product stakeholders and places a strong emphasis on secure, compliant software built on modern .NET technologies.

As a .NET Core Developer you'll work primarily on backend services: designing and building RESTful APIs, integrating with payment gateways and third-party services, improving system reliability, and helping drive DevOps best practices. You will collaborate closely with product owners, QA and front-end engineers in a hybrid office model based in Sliema, with regular in-office days for planning and reviews.

This is a hands-on role that suits a pragmatic developer who enjoys working in a small, fast-moving team. There's scope for growth into senior engineering or tech lead paths, exposure to cloud-native tooling (Azure/AWS), and opportunities to influence architecture and security practices across the platform.
