ForkCloud Pte Ltd

About the role

ForkCloud is a Singapore-based foodtech company building SaaS and integration solutions for restaurants, cloud kitchens and hawker operators. Our products include POS integrations, order routing, kitchen display systems and merchant dashboards used across F&B outlets in the region.

The Full Stack Developer will own feature development and maintenance across our .NET Core backend services and Angular front-end dashboards. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers and on-site operations to translate merchant needs into reliable, well-tested software – from API design to deployment and incident response.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of food and technology: influence product direction, optimise systems for high-volume lunch/dinner peaks (CBD & heartland traffic) and help scale integrations with third-party delivery and payment providers. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, regular staff meals in our demo kitchen and a chance to grow into technical lead or product-facing roles.

About ForkCloud Pte Ltd

ForkCloud designs cloud-native software for restaurants, delivery aggregators and central kitchens. We combine engineering, hospitality experience and operations know-how to reduce order friction, improve kitchen throughput and provide analytics for F&B businesses across Singapore.

  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design sessions.
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to translate merchant requirements into features.
  • Monitor production services, respond to incidents as part of an on-call rotation and implement fixes.
  • Contribute to documentation, deployment runbooks and onboarding materials for new outlets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience developing web applications with .NET (Core) and C#.
  • At least 2 years building front-end applications using Angular (v8+) and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) and ORM usage.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI) and containerisation (Docker).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) for deployment and monitoring.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience debugging production issues during peak periods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment in Singapore.
  • Willingness to support occasional after-hours deployments or incident response (on-call rota).

  • Competitive salary with performance bonus and annual increment
  • Medical insurance and dental subsidy
  • Staff meals and product tastings at our demo kitchen
  • Training & certification allowance and attendance at industry events

  • Clear career progression to Tech Lead / Product Engineer roles

Work schedule

Typical week: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend or evening support for releases or incidents.

  • Core office hours 10:00–16:00 (flexible start/end) for in-office days
