Stellar Play Studios Ltd

About the role

Stellar Play Studios Ltd is an independent iGaming studio focused on creating engaging slot experiences for regulated markets across Europe. Our small, cross-functional teams combine creative game design with rigorous analytics to deliver titles that perform strongly for operators and players alike. The Game Mathematician will be a key technical contributor embedded within the slots team, collaborating closely with game designers, developers and product managers.

The role involves developing paytables, setting RTP and volatility parameters, building and running Monte Carlo simulations, and preparing certification documentation. You will influence game balance from concept through to release and live performance monitoring. The team operates in a fast-paced, iterative environment; attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential to translate mathematical models into playable and compliant slot mechanics.

This is an attractive position for candidates who want exposure to the full lifecycle of slot development in a Malta-based studio: you will have ownership of math design, opportunities for technical growth, and the chance to contribute to multiple titles released to regulated markets. The company supports hybrid working, training and attendance at industry conferences when relevant.
