About the role

Sliema Creative Studio Ltd is a boutique creative agency serving local and international clients across fintech, hospitality and iGaming sectors. We combine strategic marketing with strong visual design, operating from a modern seafront office in the Sliema/Gżira corridor with a friendly, fast-paced team.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing on-brand marketing assets for digital channels (social, display, email), print collateral and campaign landing pages. You will work closely with the head of design and marketing managers to translate campaign briefs into polished, platform-ready deliverables, ensuring consistency across channels and timely delivery for campaign launches.

This role suits a designer with 2–5 years’ commercial experience, a well-rounded digital portfolio and a strong grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud and modern design workflows (including Figma). Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver on-brand digital marketing assets for social, display, programmatic and paid channels to exact platform specifications
  • Create email templates, banners, landing page visuals and print collateral working from briefs and campaign assets
  • Collaborate with marketing managers and copywriters to ensure design aligns with campaign strategy and timelines
  • Prepare and export production-ready files and organise assets in the company DAM/asset folders
  • Ensure brand consistency and adhere to client style guides across all materials
  • Perform QA on creatives across devices and platforms, including browser and mobile checks
  • Provide creative input during campaign planning and propose visual improvements to increase engagement
  • Support ad trafficking teams by delivering assets in required formats and maintaining version control

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ proven graphic design experience, ideally with marketing or agency work
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaigns, social content, banners and print pieces
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Good understanding of digital ad specs, responsive design and asset optimisation for web and mobile
  • Comfortable exporting production-ready files (PNG/JPG/SVG/PDF) and preparing files for print
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Maltese is an advantage
  • Eligible to work in Malta and able to commute to the Sliema/Gżira office on hybrid days

Work schedule

Typical week: Monday to Friday standard office hours with hybrid remote days; occasional after-hours or weekend work during major campaign launches.

  • Standard office hours: 09:00–17:30
  • Core hours (on-site days): 10:00–16:00
  • Occasional extended hours during campaign launches or tight deadlines
