About the role

Sliema Growth Labs Ltd is a fast-growing digital growth consultancy working with local and international tech and eCommerce clients. We combine product-led thinking with performance marketing and data analytics to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.

The Growth Hacker will own rapid experimentation across acquisition funnels, run A/B and multivariate tests, and work closely with product, design and analytics to improve conversion rates and lifetime value. You will be part of a small, multidisciplinary growth team operating in a hands-on, results-oriented environment where rapid iteration and clear metrics drive decisions.

This role offers strong exposure to a variety of sectors, mentorship from senior growth practitioners and opportunities to shape growth playbooks used across multiple clients. Expect autonomy, access to training budgets and regular collaboration with teams in Valletta and remote stakeholders across Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, prioritise and run growth experiments across paid, organic and product channels (A/B tests, landing pages, funnels).
  • Analyse campaign and product data to identify opportunities across acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms with a focus on ROI and scale.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement CRO changes, run usability tests and measure impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and weekly reports using GA4, Looker Studio, or BI tools to inform stakeholders.
  • Implement tagging and tracking solutions (GA4, GTM, server-side where relevant) and validate event quality.
  • Run lifecycle and automation campaigns using email/SMS/CRM platforms to improve retention and LTV.
  • Present experiment outcomes and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, product growth or similar roles.
  • Proven track record running A/B tests and growth experiments with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager and a BI tool (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
  • Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta and at least one programmatic or performance channel).
  • Comfortable with basic SQL or working with analytics teams to extract and interpret data.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Maltese language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work from our Sliema office for core collaboration days; flexible hybrid pattern supported.
  • Right to work in Malta. Non-EU candidates may be considered subject to work-permit arrangements.

Work schedule

Typical week: Monday to Friday, standard office hours with flexible start/end times and 2–3 core in-office collaboration days per week.

  • Standard office hours: 09:00–17:30 (flexible start between 08:00–10:00)
  • Occasional early calls with international clients (may require adjustable hours)
  • Remote work days available by agreement
