Head of Digital Acquisition
About the role
Fnkt Hospitality Group operates a portfolio of casual restaurants, specialty cafes and a cloud-kitchen platform across Singapore and the region. We combine hospitality-first product thinking with data-driven marketing to grow our digital channels — delivery, direct ordering and loyalty app — while keeping strong in-store traffic across CBD and heartland locations.
As Head of Digital Acquisition you will set and execute the paid media and performance roadmap: from channel mix (Google, Meta, programmatic, DSPs) to creative testing, measurement and media-buying governance. You will lead a small team and partner closely with brand, ops and product to translate offers into profitable customer acquisition and retention strategies.
This role suits a growth-minded leader comfortable with managing multi-channel ad budgets, running ASA/UA-style experiments, and presenting ROI to stakeholders. If you enjoy a fast-paced hospitality environment where you can test menu ideas and campaigns in real outlets and scale what works across multiple concepts, this role offers broad ownership and clear path to Head of Marketing responsibility.
