Fnkt

About the role

Fnkt is a Singapore-based foodtech platform connecting restaurants, ghost kitchens and delivery partners with consumers and affiliate partners. We operate a mix of owned marketplaces and partner integrations, and are scaling our affiliate channel to increase orders, partner ROI and brand visibility across the city-state and region.

The Head of Affiliates will own strategy, recruitment, onboarding and commercial optimisation of affiliates — from content creators and food bloggers to coupon networks, loyalty partners and aggregator integrations. You will lead a small cross-functional team, set KPIs, build repeatable processes and work closely with marketing, product and operations to execute campaigns and measure performance.

This role suits a commercially-minded partnerships leader with deep experience in affiliate marketing or partnership channels, strong negotiation skills, and a good understanding of the local F&B landscape (including delivery platforms, influencer ecosystem and merchant needs). You will have the autonomy to shape the channel and the resources to scale proven initiatives across Singapore and neighbouring markets.
