About the role

Fnkt Hospitality Group operates a collection of modern casual dining brands, rooftop bars and boutique hotels across Singapore and several international markets. We are investing in organic growth to support new openings and established outlets across APAC and EMEA, and need a senior SEO leader to own search strategy and execution.

The Head of SEO will design and execute multi-market SEO programmes — technical, content and local listings — tailored for restaurant, bar and hotel pages, menu schema, and multi-lingual content. You will collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, product and local operations teams to ensure high visibility for brand and outlet searches, reservation pages and local discovery (Google Maps, Apple Maps). This is a hybrid role based in our Marina Bay office with frequent cross-timezone coordination.

This role is well suited to a hands-on leader who combines technical SEO know-how with experience scaling content for multiple countries and languages. You'll have the chance to shape our organic acquisition strategy at group level, influence product and UX roadmaps, and build a small global SEO function with clear growth KPIs.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own multi-country SEO strategy aligned to business KPIs (organic revenue, reservations, footfall, visibility).
  • Lead technical SEO audits and remediation across brand sites, CMS templates and progressive web pages (Core Web Vitals, mobile-first).
  • Oversee internationalised content strategy: keyword research, content briefs, localisation and hreflang implementation.
  • Manage local listings and map presence (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps) for all outlets and franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering on site structure, migrations, canonicalisation and structured data for menus and events.
  • Build and manage an in-house SEO team and external agencies; set OKRs, review performance and mentor team members.
  • Develop scalable link-building and PR outreach programmes focused on local food media and travel publications.
  • Monitor, report and present SEO performance to senior stakeholders; translate insights into action plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 3 years leading teams or programs.
  • Proven experience managing SEO for multi-country or multi-language websites, preferably in hospitality, F&B, travel or retail.
  • Strong technical SEO skills: site architecture, crawlability, indexing, JavaScript rendering and Core Web Vitals.
  • Hands-on with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and SQL or data-querying experience preferred.
  • Experience implementing structured data/schema.org for restaurant/menu/event markup.
  • Comfortable working across time zones; flexibility to join occasional early-morning or late-evening calls with regional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical findings for non-technical teams.
  • Right to work in Singapore (EP, S-Pass or PR) or willing to relocate with visa sponsorship discussions.

Work schedule

Typical week: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) with occasional early/late calls to support APAC/EMEA coordination.

  • Core hours 10:00–16:00 with flexible start/end times
  • Occasional early-morning calls (07:00–09:00) or late-evening meetings (19:00–21:00) for cross-market syncs
  • On-site days in Marina Bay office for leadership meetings and workshops
