HR Manager - Tech Talent Acquisition
About the role
Sliema Tech Labs is a growing technology services firm serving scale-ups and fintech clients across Malta and the EU. We combine consultancy and product teams and are expanding our in-house recruitment capability to support rapid technical hiring across engineering, data and product functions.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical vacancies, working closely with engineering managers and the HR leadership team. This role demands a hands-on recruiter who can source senior technical talent, design interviews, run assessment plans and deliver strong candidate experiences while tracking hiring metrics and improving processes.
The role sits within a small, collaborative HR team and offers ownership, visible impact and the chance to build employer branding for a Malta-based tech employer. We offer structured training, autonomy in hiring strategy and a hybrid working model suited to the local Malta labour market where face-to-face collaboration is balanced with remote days.
