Junior Graphic Designer (Banners/Ads)
About the role
Sliema Creative Studios Ltd is a boutique digital creative agency serving clients across e-commerce, iGaming and fintech. We combine local market knowledge with international campaigns and pride ourselves on fast-paced project delivery and close client collaboration.
You will join a small design team focused on production of banner ads, landing page assets and social creatives. The role involves producing campaigns to spec for platforms including Google Display, Facebook, programmatic networks and ad exchanges. Expect a mix of hands-on design, asset resizing, simple animation and working with the marketing team to meet performance goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who wants to build a focused portfolio in digital advertising, learn animation fundamentals (After Effects/HTML5) and gain exposure to client reporting and optimisation. The position offers structured mentoring, a clear progression path and a hybrid working model with core days in the studio to support collaboration and feedback.
