Harbour & Hearth Hospitality

About the role

Harbour & Hearth Hospitality is a fast-growing Singapore F&B group operating a mix of casual restaurants, café concepts and pop-up hawker-style stalls across the CBD and heartlands. We invest in digital marketing, loyalty and direct channels to build repeat customers across dine-in, delivery (GrabFood, Deliveroo) and catering.

The Marketing Analytics Manager will be the analytics lead for the group: you will build dashboards, measure campaign ROI, design A/B tests and translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations. You will work closely with brand managers, CRM and commercial teams to improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.

This role suits a hands-on data professional who understands F&B business levers—POS data, promotions, delivery partnerships and loyalty schemes—and can combine SQL, visualization and business intuition to drive growth. We offer a hybrid work model, exposure to multi-channel marketing and opportunities to scale analytics across new openings and regional pilots.

About Harbour & Hearth Hospitality

Harbour & Hearth Hospitality runs five brands ranging from casual izakaya and zi char concepts to a neighbourhood kopitiam-style breakfast cafe. Founded by local operators, the group focuses on well-priced, high-frequency concepts with strong operational SOPs and digital-first marketing.

What you can expect

  • Multi-brand group with stable backing and growth roadmap
  • Exposure to both dine-in and delivery analytics (GrabFood, Deliveroo)
  • Hybrid work arrangement and focused learning budget
  • Direct impact on marketing strategy and new venue openings

Key responsibilities

  • Own analytics and reporting for marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels; build and maintain dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
  • Write SQL queries to extract and join POS, CRM, delivery and web analytics data for regular and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Define and measure campaign KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and present actionable insights to marketing and leadership.
  • Design and analyse A/B tests and experiments for promotions, email journeys and website flows.
  • Develop customer segmentation and lifetime value models to inform CRM and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with CRM, content and operations teams to translate insights into optimised promotions and menu strategies.
  • Manage relationships with third-party data vendors, analytics agencies and delivery partners for tracking and attribution.
  • Ensure data quality, tracking governance (e.g., GA4, event schemas) and accurate measurement across digital properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of analytics experience, preferably within F&B, retail or hospitality brands.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases or cloud warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4) and campaign measurement.
  • Comfortable creating and communicating clear, business-focused insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience merging POS, CRM and delivery-platform data preferred.
  • Ability to work flexibly for occasional evening events, launches or cross-border coordination.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work (3 days office / 2 days remote) and flexible hours.
  • Competitive monthly salary with annual performance bonus.
  • Medical insurance and dental subsidy (employer-paid plans).
  • Staff meals and discounts across Harbour & Hearth venues.
  • Learning & development allowance and certification support.
  • Transport allowance for required in-person events and vendor meetings.

Work schedule

Typical week: 5 days per week, core office days for collaborative work; occasional evenings or weekends for launch events.

  • Typical office hours (9:30am–6:30pm) on-site days
  • Flexible remote work days
  • Occasional event or activation coverage outside standard hours
