Sliema Digital Media Ltd

About the role

Sliema Digital Media Ltd is an independent digital media agency serving e-commerce, iGaming and retail clients across Europe. We combine nimble agency service with in-house analytics and creative teams, delivering measurable ROI with programmatic, social and paid search channels.

The Media Buying Manager will own media planning and buying across programmatic and social platforms, manage third-party partner relationships (DSPs, publishers), and lead a small team of campaign specialists. You will be expected to set media strategy, allocate budgets, optimise performance, and present clear reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on managerial position: you will still operate campaigns daily while mentoring juniors and shaping processes. The role is attractive for candidates who want exposure to cross-border campaigns, access to training budgets and a hybrid working model based in central Sliema — close to public transport, cafes and the ferry to Valletta.

We offer a collaborative environment with structured career progression and frequent cross-discipline projects (analytics, creative, client services). The successful candidate will be data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable operating in a fast-paced island-market where clients often require quick turnarounds and clear, measurable outcomes.
