Payment Solutions Manager
About the role
Sliema Payments Solutions Ltd is a growing fintech payments operations provider serving e-commerce and iGaming clients across Europe. Based in central Sliema with hybrid working flexibility, the company focuses on operational excellence, vendor management and technical integrations that keep money flowing smoothly for high-volume merchants.
The Payment Solutions Manager will head a small payments team and act as the primary point of contact for PSPs, acquirers and internal stakeholders (finance, compliance, product, and customer support). The role requires a mix of strategic thinking—designing settlement flows, fee optimisation and new payment method roll-outs—and operational discipline—daily reconciliations, dispute handling and SLA management.
This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced payments professional who wants visibility across product, risk and finance, and who enjoys building strong vendor partnerships. The company offers structured training, international exposure and clear career progression in Malta's fintech scene.
