Payroll Specialist (Malta Tax Knowledge)
About the role
Harbour Point Payroll Ltd is a Malta-based payroll outsourcing and advisory firm serving SMEs, international service providers and local employers. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, timely payrolls and practical payroll-related advice in both English and Maltese. The company has a collaborative team culture with clients across Valletta, Sliema, Birkirkara and the wider Maltese islands.
As a Payroll Specialist you will handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client portfolios, ensure correct application of Maltese payroll taxes and social security contributions, prepare statutory returns and support year-end activities. You will work closely with HR colleagues and external advisors to resolve payroll queries, support onboarding and leavers, and ensure compliance with local legislation and employer obligations.
