Fnkt Collective

About the role

Fnkt Collective is a fast-growing hospitality group operating neighbourhood cafes, modern zi char concepts and pop-up experiences across Singapore. We combine data-driven marketing with on-the-ground operational know-how — from kopitiam-style breakfast offerings to CBD lunch delivery and heartland mall activations.

As Performance Marketing Manager you will own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google and programmatic channels, work closely with creative and operations teams, and optimise funnel performance for both dine-in and D2C (merchandise / gift cards) revenue. Expect to run A/B tests, lead agency partners where applicable, and translate store-level promotions into scalable digital campaigns.

This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys fast-paced hospitality marketing, can measure success with clear KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV) and who is comfortable supporting weekend launches, influencer-hosted events and occasional in-venue activations. You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the culinary and operations leads to maximise campaign relevance and velocity.

About Fnkt Collective

Fnkt Collective operates a mix of casual neighbourhood eateries and experimental dining concepts across Singapore. We prioritise quality ingredients, scalable systems and digital-first growth — launching seasonal menus, delivery-focused offerings and limited-time pop-ups in malls and CBD locations.

What you can expect

  • Multi-concept group with stable backing and growth plans in SEA
  • Hybrid work model with central office in Tanjong Pagar
  • Opportunities to lead growth for new openings and pop-ups
  • Strong regular customer base across CBD lunch and heartland evenings

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube), and programmatic channels to meet CAC, CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Manage monthly media budgets, pacing, forecasting and performance reporting; optimise spend across channels and campaigns.
  • Design and run creative A/B tests, landing page experiments and audience segmentation to improve conversion rates for bookings, delivery and gift card sales.
  • Work closely with creative and ops teams to produce on-brand assets for launches, seasonal menus and event promos; brief agencies where required.
  • Implement measurement frameworks using GA4, conversion tracking, UTM taxonomy and CRM integrations to track LTV and retention.
  • Lead campaign post-mortems and present actionable insights to senior management; translate learnings into playbooks for outlet-level activations.
  • Coordinate with PR/partnerships and influencer outreach to amplify paid campaigns during openings and pop-ups.
  • Supervise external agencies/freelancers and manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, quick-service or retail.
  • Proven track record running Meta and Google campaigns with measurable success on ROAS/CPA metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, dashboards (Looker, Data Studio) and Excel; comfort with data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing multi-channel budgets and optimising across acquisition and retargeting funnels.
  • Practical knowledge of CRM, email automation and basic audience segmentation for retention campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, creative and leadership teams.
  • Eligible to work in Singapore and available for occasional evening or weekend work during launches or major campaigns.

Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement (2 remote days per week) and central office in Tanjong Pagar.
  • Staff meals across Fnkt Collective outlets and tasting sessions for new menus.
  • Competitive monthly salary with discretionary performance bonus.
  • Medical coverage and annual leave above statutory minimum.
  • Training allowance and opportunities for regional projects and openings.
  • Company social events, product discounts and career progression within a growing group.

Work schedule

Typical week: 5 days per week with core office hours and occasional evenings/weekends for campaign launches or events.

  • Office hours Mon–Fri (typically 09:30–18:30)
  • Flexible remote days (up to 2 days/week)
  • On-site presence required during store openings, weekend pop-ups or influencer events
