Product Designer (UX/UI)
About the role
Mosaic Digital Studios Ltd is a Malta-based digital product agency serving clients across fintech, iGaming and travel. We are a compact, cross-functional team focused on human-centred design, fast iteration and measurable outcomes. Our clients include local scale-ups and international brands looking for polished, usable digital products.
The Product Designer will own discovery through delivery for key product features: conducting research, mapping journeys, creating interaction models, and producing polished UI that developers can implement. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to shape design systems, mentor junior designers and influence product strategy. We offer structured training, exposure to international projects and a hybrid work pattern that balances studio days in Sliema/Gżira with remote flexibility.
