About the role

Mediterranean Gaming Labs Ltd is an established iGaming studio operating B2C casino brands and supplying content to international partners. The company operates in a fast-paced, regulated environment and combines a small, nimble product team with specialist development and marketing functions. The Product Manager will join a multidisciplinary group focused on delivering commercially successful casino features and improving player retention.

You will be responsible for defining and owning product roadmaps, coordinating with engineering, design, marketing and compliance, and running A/B tests and live experiments to improve KPIs such as retention, ARPU and conversion. The role requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness and hands-on experience with live casino product cycles and player journeys. You will have the opportunity to shape product direction, influence growth initiatives and work with international teams across Malta and the EU.

This is a hybrid role based in St Julian's with flexibility for remote days. The company offers structured training, exposure to international markets and clear progression paths into senior product or head-of-product roles for successful candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap for online casino features, prioritising by commercial impact and player experience
  • Coordinate requirements and delivery with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, compliance and data teams
  • Lead live-ops activities: release planning, monitoring, rollback decisions and post-launch analysis
  • Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate feature hypotheses and optimise KPIs such as retention, conversion and ARPU
  • Analyse product performance using BI tools, interpret data and present findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain product documentation in an Agile environment
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver clear communication across local and international teams
  • Ensure product features meet regulatory and technical compliance requirements relevant to casino operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years product management experience, ideally within iGaming or online entertainment
  • Proven track record owning product roadmaps and delivering features end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker) and basic SQL for ad-hoc queries
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and interpretation of test results
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and writing user stories/acceptance criteria
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Maltese is an advantage but not required
  • Eligible to work in Malta and able to attend the St Julian's office for core days

Work schedule

Typical week: Monday to Friday office hours with flexibility for remote work; occasional after-hours support for major releases.

  • Standard office hours: 09:00–17:30
  • Core in-office days: Tuesday and Thursday (flexible)
  • On-call rotation for releases (rare)
