About the role
Fnkt Digital is the in-house digital media team of a growing hospitality group that operates restaurants, bars and hotel F&B concepts across Singapore. We run performance and brand campaigns to drive covers, deliveries and loyalty sign-ups, and work closely with marketing, operations and creative teams.
The Programmatic Trader will own campaign execution across DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360), audience targeting, budget pacing and optimisation to meet ROI and brand KPIs. You will translate business objectives from the F&B teams into measurable media plans, run A/B tests, and provide clear performance reporting for stakeholders.
This role is great for someone who enjoys data-driven decision making, has a solid grasp of programmatic tools and ad ops, and wants to apply those skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment where campaigns tie directly to covers and revenue. Hybrid working with regular onsite collaboration at our Marina Bay offices and visits to outlets will be expected.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, set up and optimise programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g. The Trade Desk, DV360) to hit CPA, ROAS and brand metrics
- Manage day-to-day trafficking, tag implementation, creative QA and audience targeting
- Pace budgets and provide daily/weekly performance reports and actionable insights to marketing and outlet teams
- Run A/B tests and incrementality experiments, iterate on strategies based on data
- Work with data and CRM teams to activate first-party audiences and lookalike segments
- Coordinate with creative, social and SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Manage relationships with DSPs, SSPs and ad exchanges; negotiate deals and private marketplace (PMP) arrangements
- Ensure campaigns comply with privacy regulations (PDPA) and platform policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years' hands-on programmatic trading experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Practical experience with at least one major DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360, MediaMath or similar)
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or data querying is advantageous
- Experience with ad verification, viewability, and common tracking tags (GTM, VAST, MRAID)
- Analytical mindset with experience translating metrics into optimisations (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Good stakeholder communication skills to present results to non-technical teams
- Able to work hybrid with occasional onsite days and be available for campaign launches outside normal hours

Work schedule
Typical week: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend/on-call requirements for major campaign launches.
- Core hours 09:30–18:30 (flexible start between 08:30–10:30)
- Occasional extended hours during launches or event-driven promotions
- Remote work available for up to 2 days per week
