About the role

Sliema Tech Labs is a growing software house serving iGaming and fintech customers across Europe. We combine a compact local team with remote specialists to deliver web and mobile products; our Malta office is the coordination hub for product, QA and client engagement. The firm values quality, clear processes and practical ownership.

You will join a cross-functional product QA team responsible for verifying feature quality through manual test design, exploratory testing, regression cycles and user acceptance testing. Expect to work closely with product owners, developers and client testing representatives to ensure releases meet functional and usability expectations.

This is a practical role where your testing decisions and reports directly influence release readiness. The position is suitable for candidates with 2+ years of manual testing experience who want a stable Malta-based role with structured mentoring, training budget and a pathway to learn automation testing tools. Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 remote) supports both collaboration and focused testing time.
