Harbourline Food Group

About the role

Harbourline Food Group operates a busy central kitchen supplying cafes, hotel outlets, hawker-style concepts and corporate catering across Singapore. Our Tuas facility prepares everything from kopitiam-style breakfast items and CBD lunch boxes to hotel banqueting components. We prioritise food safety, consistency and scalable procedures to support rapid daily distribution.

The QA Team Lead will head a small quality team responsible for batch release, in-house testing, HACCP plan maintenance, supplier controls and regulatory liaison with agencies such as the Singapore Food Agency (SFA). You'll work closely with production, R&D and procurement to translate quality standards into practical, repeatable processes and corrective actions.

This role suits a practical, detail-oriented leader who enjoys problem solving on the floor as well as producing clear documentation and training materials. It's an excellent opportunity to influence quality systems in a growing F&B group, with scope for professional development and cross-functional exposure across retail and institutional channels.
