Valletta Gaming Solutions Ltd

About the role

Valletta Gaming Solutions Ltd is a mid-sized iGaming technology provider working with licensed operators across Europe. Our product team builds platform services powering sports betting and casino offerings; we prioritise stability, regulatory compliance and a fast release cadence. The company culture is pragmatic and engineering-led with a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.

The QA Lead will report to the Head of Engineering and lead a mixed team of automation and manual testers. You will own test strategy across feature, regression and performance testing, drive test automation coverage, and coordinate release gates with product and dev teams. This is a highly visible role where you will shape QA processes, CI/CD integration, and mentoring programmes for junior testers.

You will work in a hybrid pattern from our St Julian’s office and be expected to attend key in-office planning sessions and release windows. The role is ideal for someone with solid automation experience (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright), a strong understanding of backend testing (APIs, databases), and previous exposure to iGaming or regulated online platforms. We offer clear progression paths into Head of QA or Platform Reliability roles, training support and a collaborative environment.
