Valletta Cloud Solutions Ltd

About the role

Valletta Cloud Solutions Ltd is a Malta-based cloud and CRM consultancy serving clients across fintech, iGaming and professional services. We operate a compact, skilled team that combines local market knowledge with international best practice. The Salesforce Administrator will report to the CRM Lead and work closely with consultants, developers and client stakeholders.

The role focuses on day-to-day Salesforce administration: user support, configuration in Lightning, automation with Flow, data quality, reports and dashboards, and supporting integrations. You will manage release tasks, document configuration and deliver training to users. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level administrator to take ownership of multiple client instances, influence platform roadmaps and progress into a CRM specialist or technical lead role.

We offer a hybrid working pattern with core-office days in Sliema, certification support and regular training. Candidates who enjoy a mix of hands-on configuration, user engagement and cross-team collaboration will find this role particularly rewarding.
