Scrum Master
About the role
Fnkt Digital Kitchens builds SaaS and operations tools for restaurants, kopitiams and cloud-kitchen groups across Singapore and the region. Our platform handles order routing, kitchen dashboarding, delivery integrations and analytics used by fast-casual, hawker-style operations and multi-outlet F&B groups. We are a product-led engineering team that sits close to our customers and on-site ops teams.
The Scrum Master will partner with Product, Engineering and Ops to ensure reliable, timely delivery of features used by both front-of-house and back-of-house teams (POS integrations, kitchen display systems, route optimisation). You will coach teams on agile practices, run ceremonies, unblock dependencies with stakeholders (restaurant managers, ops leads, third-party delivery partners), and help the team adopt measurable improvements in cycle time and quality.
This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology and hospitality — who understands the pace of a CBD lunch crowd, the constraints of a hawker-style wok station or central kitchen, and can translate those needs into practical delivery outcomes. We offer hybrid work, exposure to on-site pilots with partner kitchens and a chance to shape products that touch daily restaurant operations across Singapore.
