Fnkt Digital Pte Ltd

About the role

Fnkt Digital Pte Ltd is a fast-growing performance marketing agency and in-house growth arm for several regional consumer brands. The DACH team focuses on affiliate partnerships, publisher relationships and performance channels that drive measurable customer acquisition across German-speaking markets.

You will own the end-to-end affiliate channel for DACH: strategy, partner recruitment and negotiation, campaign setup and optimisation, and performance reporting. The role requires a commercially minded operator who understands affiliate ecosystems (networks, sub-affiliates, voucher/ cashback, content partnerships) and can translate regional nuances into programmes that scale.

This is a hybrid role based in our CBD office with an experienced performance marketing team. You will work closely with product, legal/compliance and analytics to ensure campaigns are ROI-positive and GDPR-compliant. The role offers scope to lead regional affiliate strategy, manage external agencies and mentor junior team members, with clear progression to Head of Partnerships over time.
