Senior UI/UX Designer
About the role
Blue Lantern Hospitality Group operates a portfolio of casual dining brands, kopitiam-style concepts and destination restaurants across Singapore and the region. We're investing in digital experiences that connect our physical venues with online ordering, loyalty, in-restaurant kiosks and staff-facing tools.
As Senior UI/UX Designer you will own end-to-end design for customer-facing and operational products: mobile apps for delivery & reservations, responsive web, self-order kiosks and POS screens. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, operations and marketing to translate business needs into elegant, usable interfaces that work in fast-paced hospitality environments (high-volume lunch & dinner services, weekend peaks, event nights).
This role offers visibility across the group and room to shape our design system, user research practice and service touchpoints. Candidates who enjoy a mix of strategy and hands-on design — from conducting guerilla user tests in a kopitiam outlet to shipping high-fidelity components — will thrive here.
