SEO Manager (On-page Focus)
About the role
Sliema Digital Labs Ltd is a mid-sized digital agency serving local and international clients across iGaming, fintech and hospitality. Our SEO team works closely with content strategists, developers and account managers to deliver measurable organic growth for a portfolio of brands. We pride ourselves on a data-driven, collaborative approach and a friendly office culture in Sliema with hybrid flexibility.
The role is focused on on-page SEO: content audits, metadata and schema optimisation, internal linking strategies, page experience improvements and technical QA. You will own on-page roadmaps, set priorities based on impact and resource, and mentor junior SEO specialists or content editors. Expect to work directly with developers (HTML/CSS familiarity helpful) and product owners to implement recommendations and validate results.
This is an attractive role for someone who wants to specialise in on-page and content-led SEO while growing into broader SEO leadership. You will be joining a stable agency with regular training, exposure to international clients, and clear progression paths into Head of SEO or Product SEO roles. Hybrid working allows focused remote time for deep analysis alongside in-office collaboration days.
