About the role

Fnkt Hospitality Group operates a mix of modern kopitiam-style cafes, casual bistros in the CBD and a small central kitchen serving delivery and wholesale accounts. We focus on approachable, local-forward menus that perform well with office lunch crowds and evening casual dining.

The Social Media Manager will own channel strategy and content execution across our portfolio. You will create content calendars, manage creators and production, run paid campaigns, and translate performance data into recommendations that drive footfall, reservations and delivery growth. The role sits within a small central marketing team and works closely with operations, chefs and FOH managers to plan seasonal menus, events and in-venue activations.

This is a hybrid role based from our Tanjong Pagar office with regular on-site shoots and occasional event coverage (evenings/weekends). The role is ideal for a hands-on social lead who enjoys fast-paced F&B environments, cares about creative storytelling and can balance brand building with measurable campaign outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Produce and manage an editorial content calendar, ensuring regular feed posts, Reels/short-form video and Stories.
  • Coordinate and run on-location content shoots with chefs, baristas and FOH teams — briefing, shot lists and post-production oversight.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments/DMs, manage reviews and escalate guest issues to ops as needed.
  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns, track spend and optimise performance for conversion (reservations, delivery orders, event tickets).
  • Work with external creators and micro-influencers — negotiate briefs, track deliverables and measure ROI.
  • Monitor social analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Support marketing-led events, PR activations and promo launches with content and live coverage.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on social media experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands in Singapore.
  • Proven portfolio or links to social accounts showing content creation, campaign ownership and follower/community growth.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English; ability to write short-form captions and longer-form Instagram/Facebook posts.
  • Practical experience producing short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and basic understanding of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, VN, or similar).
  • Comfortable coordinating shoots in-service environments and working closely with kitchen and FOH teams.
  • Data-driven mindset: able to interpret analytics and convert into optimisation actions.
  • Flexible schedule — availability for occasional evenings, weekends and public holiday events or shoots.

Work schedule

Typical week: 5 days per week; core office hours with occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays for events or shoots on rotation.

  • Core office hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6pm (hybrid days available)
  • Event/activation coverage: evening or weekend shifts as required
  • On-site shoot days: variable start times (early mornings for breakfast content or late afternoons for dinner service)
