Software Architect - Cloud Native Solutions
About the role
Harbour Cloud Solutions Ltd is a Malta-based cloud consultancy and platform engineering company serving clients across finance, iGaming and professional services. We combine local presence in the Sliema/Gżira tech corridor with international delivery teams to build resilient, scalable cloud platforms.
The Software Architect will own architecture decisions for cloud-native projects, lead cross-functional design reviews, and partner with engineering teams to deliver production-grade systems. You will work hands-on and strategically: contributing to design patterns, CI/CD implementation, observability and platform hardening while mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
This role is ideal for an experienced architect who enjoys a mix of hands-on development, technical leadership and stakeholder engagement. We offer hybrid working, a strong training budget and the chance to influence cloud strategy across multiple high-profile Maltese and European clients.
