About the role

St Julian's Sports Trading Ltd is an established iGaming sportsbook operator with a growing trading desk based in St Julian’s. The company serves multiple retail and online brands across Europe and is expanding its trading operations to support a busier fixtures calendar and more in-play market coverage.

You will work within a close-knit trading team that values quick decision-making, data-driven pricing and disciplined risk management. The role requires active management of football and tennis markets—setting prices, reacting to live events, and collaborating with the risk, data and product teams to keep markets fair and profitable.

This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys analysing statistics and odds, and is comfortable making decisions under time pressure (including evenings and weekends). The company offers structured training, access to market data feeds, and clear progression paths for traders wanting to move into senior trading or risk roles.
