Sliema Tech Labs Ltd

About the role

Sliema Tech Labs Ltd is a growing Malta-based technology service provider supporting customers in iGaming, fintech and SMEs across the region. We operate a mixed environment of on-prem servers in Gżira datacentres and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), delivering resilient production systems and managed services.

You will join a small technical operations team responsible for Linux server administration, automation and incident response. The role is hands-on: you will manage web and database services, backups, monitoring and security hardening while contributing to infrastructure as code initiatives. Expect close collaboration with developers, product owners and third-party vendors.

This role is attractive if you want varied exposure across cloud, containers and legacy systems, clear routes for professional development, and a hybrid working arrangement balanced with on-site days for hands-on maintenance and team collaboration. We encourage certifications and provide training time and budget for continuous learning.
