Tech Recruiter (Internal)
About the role
Sliema Tech Labs is a growing Maltese technology company that builds B2B software solutions for clients across Europe. Operating from a modern office on the Sliema / Gżira seafront, the company combines a friendly start-up culture with structured HR practices and steady growth plans.
The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical roles — software engineers, DevOps, QA and product specialists — working closely with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into attractive job briefs and to manage a smooth candidate journey.
