Technical Product Manager
About the role
Sliema Tech Labs Ltd is a growing SaaS company serving EU and international clients from its Sliema office. The company blends a compact island-based team with remote colleagues across Europe and offers exposure to product-led growth, cloud-native architectures and cross-border compliance work. The Technical Product Manager will be joining a multidisciplinary product squad and will report to the Head of Product.
You will own the technical product roadmap, translate business goals into engineering deliverables and drive end-to-end delivery of features. The role requires strong technical fluency (APIs, cloud services, data) and experience operating in agile environments. You will work closely with engineering leads, UX, customer success and commercial teams to prioritise work, measure impact and ensure successful launches.
This is a hybrid, Malta-based role suitable for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical problem solving and stakeholder management. The position offers clear progression to senior product leadership, structured training budgets and the chance to shape product strategy in a compact, fast-moving team. English is the working language; Maltese is a plus but not required.
