Sliema Tech Labs

About the role

Sliema Tech Labs is a growing digital product studio serving clients across fintech, iGaming and local enterprise. The team blends product design, engineering and data to ship user-centred digital experiences. We offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with regular client exposure and opportunities to influence product strategy.

The UX Researcher will run end-to-end qualitative and quantitative user research: planning studies, recruiting participants, moderating usability sessions, analysing results and translating insights into practical recommendations for designers and product managers. You'll work across several projects simultaneously and help build a centralised research repository and best practices for the organisation.

This role suits someone who enjoys mixing methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review) and presenting clear, actionable findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll join a compact team based in Sliema with hybrid flexibility and a culture that values professional growth, experimentation and measurable impact.
