About the role

Harbour VIP Management Ltd is a Malta-based specialist agency working with international iGaming brands and hospitality partners to deliver high-touch services and curated experiences for premium clients. We operate from St Julian’s with a compact, service-driven team that delivers personalised account management and exclusive events across the islands.

The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding, retaining and growing high-value clients through excellent relationship management, bespoke offers and coordinated campaigns. You will work closely with marketing, payments, risk and events teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for VIPs and to protect commercial margins.

This role is ideal for an experienced relationship manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and is comfortable with occasional evenings and weekends for VIP events. The position offers exposure to international stakeholders, a permanent contract, and genuine progression opportunities within a specialist team.

You will influence loyalty and revenue by creating personalised journeys for key clients, delivering reports and insights, and representing the business at on- and off-site events across Malta and occasionally abroad.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value VIP clients, delivering personalised communication and offers to maximise retention and lifetime value.
  • Onboard new VIPs, verify preferences, and prepare tailored welcome packages and onboarding plans.
  • Coordinate with marketing, payments, risk, and events teams to design and execute VIP campaigns and experiences.
  • Monitor account activity and prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Negotiate and manage budgets for client incentives, events and loyalty rewards, ensuring ROI.
  • Handle escalations and complex enquiries with professionalism and urgency, escalating to risk/compliance when required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, segmentations and activity logs to ensure a high standard of client data.
  • Represent the company at VIP events, attend evening or weekend activities when required, and act as the primary client liaison onsite.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in VIP account management, high-value client services or hospitality/iGaming account roles.
  • Proven track record of managing revenue-generating client relationships and delivering personalised service.
  • Strong written and spoken English; Maltese or Italian is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or industry-specific platforms) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for VIP events.
  • Eligible to work in Malta (citizen, EU national or holding the relevant permit).

Work schedule

Typical week: Core Monday–Friday office hours with regular evening and weekend commitments for VIP events and client-facing activities.

  • Standard office hours: 09:00–18:00
  • Event/Evening shifts: variable, typically 18:00–23:00
  • Weekend roster: on-call or scheduled event attendance
