About the role

AzurePlay Malta Ltd is an established iGaming operator with multiple international brands and a fast-growing VIP programme. Our Malta team combines local market expertise with an international, multilingual client base. The successful candidate will join a compact, performance-driven VIP team based in St Julian's and will be the primary touchpoint for Dutch-market VIPs.

You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, delivering personalised service across chat, email, phone and bespoke events. This role requires a balance of proactive retention activity, relationship-building and close cooperation with payments, risk, KYC and marketing teams. You will be expected to grow lifetime value through tailored offers, loyalty planning and data-informed decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with previous VIP or account-management experience in iGaming or luxury services who is fluent in Dutch and English, comfortable working in a small, fast-paced Maltese team and available for occasional evening or weekend VIP events. Key responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of Dutch-market VIPs, delivering personalised communication via phone, chat, and email
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to maximise lifetime value and retention
  • Design and execute VIP offers, bonuses and loyalty journeys in coordination with marketing and CRM
  • Monitor account activity for signs of risk and work with KYC/risk teams to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate payments and withdrawals with the payments team to ensure premium service
  • Produce regular reports on VIP performance, value metrics and actionable insights
  • Plan and attend VIP events or activations (in-person or online), occasionally outside standard hours
  • Escalate complex issues and work cross-functionally to resolve disputes and player complaints promptly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience in VIP account management, key account or premium client roles (iGaming experience preferred)
  • Fluent Dutch (native or near-native) and fluent English — strong written and verbal communication
  • Right to live and work in Malta (EU citizens preferred or valid work permit)
  • Experience using CRM platforms and VIP management tools; confident with MS Excel and reporting
  • Good understanding of KYC/AML basics, payments and responsible gaming practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and experience handling high-value client relationships
  • Availability to work flexible hours for VIP events, including occasional evenings or weekends

Work schedule

Typical week: Monday to Friday core hours with flexibility; occasional evenings or weekends required for VIP events and international time-zone coverage.

  • Occasional evening or weekend coverage for VIP events
