About the role

Fnkt Technologies is a Singapore-headquartered B2B SaaS scale-up focused on workflow automation for mid-size and enterprise customers across APAC. With a growing customer base in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia, the company is expanding its commercial leadership to scale repeatable enterprise sales and build out channel partnerships.

The VP of Sales will own go-to-market strategy, forecast and quota delivery, recruitment and coaching of sales leaders, and direct involvement in large strategic deals. You will partner closely with product, marketing and customer success to shape pricing, packaging and the commercial playbook for expansion markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a repeatable APAC enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.
  • Build, lead and mentor a team of sales managers, account executives and business development reps.
  • Own quota setting, pipeline management and monthly/quarterly forecasting; ensure sales targets are met.
  • Drive direct involvement in closing strategic, large-ticket enterprise deals with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Design and implement sales processes, compensation plans and CRM best practices (Salesforce).
  • Partner with marketing and product to refine messaging, GTM plays and pricing for target verticals.
  • Establish channel and reseller partnerships where appropriate to accelerate market entry.
  • Hire and scale the sales organisation across Singapore and neighbouring APAC markets; manage hiring budgets.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide market feedback to product and leadership for roadmap prioritisation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in SaaS sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director, VP).
  • Proven track record closing enterprise deals (multi-year, multi-stakeholder contracts) in APAC.
  • Experience building and scaling a sales team from early to growth stage, including hiring and coaching sales managers.
  • Strong CRM usage (Salesforce preferred), pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
  • Data-driven decision maker; comfortable with KPIs, dashboards and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC (client meetings and partner engagements).
  • Right to work in Singapore (Singapore citizen / PR / valid work pass) or able to secure one prior to start.

Work schedule

  • Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in office in CBD, remaining remote
  • Regional travel days as required for client meetings (APAC)
